  • How long does processing take?

 All orders are reviewed within 24 hours and processed within 2 days.

  • How much is shipping?

Any order under $74.99 will be charged a minimum of about $9 for shipping & handling. Any order $75 or more will be free shipping.

  • How long before I get my order in the mail?

Shipping & handling is based off of USPS delivery services and may have a delay due to holidays, or shipping errors. Usually orders will take 3-8 business days but you will always receive a tracking number when your order is sent out.

  • If I paid for Local Delivery because I live in El Paso, Texas- when do I get my order?

All orders are processed at the same rate and are out for delivery the next available Wednesday.
Meaning any order received Thursday-Tuesday will be delivered that Wednesday, any orders received Wednesday will be delivered the NEXT Wednesday- not that day. Deliveries are placed on your doorstep with a doorbell ring or knock to provide contactless delivery.

  • I paid for Westside Pick-Up in El Paso, Texas- now what?

Any order received for Westside Pick- Up is processed as soon as possible and an email is sent out to let you know when your order is ready for you to swing by. All Pick- Up orders are placed in The Tea Spout bin on the porch for contactless Pick- Up.

  • Contactless?

All order deliveries or pick- ups are contactless.

  • How do I go about returning products or refunding?

Any product that does not meet online descriptions or use can be returned via mail, pick- up or drop off, for a refund of the same amount to the source of payment. Refund for damaged goods can be processed back to source of payment- must contact customer support through our contact form or call customer support at 9155401500 to discuss eligibility for refunds.

  • How do I exchange a blend I didn't like?

If a blend of tea does not meet online descriptions then it can be replaced by another blend of your choice. You must contact customer support by filling out our contact form or call us at 9155401500 to discuss eligibility for blend replacement.

  • I'm allergic to certain things, How do I know if a blend or product is safe for me?

All blends and products have a description section. If ingredients is a concern they will be listed there. Check ingredients of product before purchasing, for any known allergens.

  • I'm on certain medications, how do I know if a blend or product is safe for me?

All blends and products have a description section. If ingredients or warnings are a concern they will be listed there. Check ingredients or warnings before purchasing a product. You may also ask your doctor or contact us via our contact form to ask any questions and we will help you to the best of our ability
