1 cup plant based milk


1/2 banana ( I like to use a frozen one)

2 heaping T. blueberries 

1tsp sugar or sugar substitute


1 tsp ceremonial grade Matcha

1 tsp Turmeric

1 tsp Greens Power Blend

1 good shake of cinnamon

Blend well in blender
