Hot: 16oz Step 1) Add 1 tablespoon of jasmine creamsicle to your steeper. Step 2) Measure 12oz of boiling water and steep for 3 minutes.
Step 3) Add 1 tablespoon of caramel to your cup. Step 4) Measure 4oz of half & half to your cup. Step 5) When your tea is done steeping release the liquor (pour) into your cup. Step 6) Top with whipped cream and caramel! Enjoy!
