Matcha Biscocho
Here in El Paso the Hispanic culture is rich and beautiful and we were inspired to create this delicious drink combining matcha and the traditional holiday cookie! You'll Need: Harvest Spice, Honey, Tea Genie (Steeper), Vanilla Matcha, Matcha Whipper, Cinnamon, Measuring Spoon.

Hot: 16oz Step 1) Add 2 teaspoons of harvest spice to your steeper. Step 2) Add 1/2 tablespoon of honey to your steeper. Step 3) Measure 14oz of boiling water and steep for 6 minutes. Step 4) Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla matcha to your cup. Step 5) When your tea is done steeping release liquor (pour) about 4 oz of it into your cup and whip
matcha till smooth then add the rest of your tea to your cup.
Step 6) Sprinkle cinnamon on top and enjoy!
