Thai Tea
Che Yen also known as Thai Tea is a traditional recipe that was introduced to Thailand during King Rama IV reign. It is a sweet creamy drink with a deliciously toasty distinct flavor. This recipe is similar to what we used to create our Signature Style Recipes. Enjoy! You'll Need: Tea Genie (steeper), Indian Thai, sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, measuring spoon, ice, mixing cup (for iced).

Hot: 16oz 1) Measure out 2 teaspoons of Indian
Thai and add it to your tea genie. 2) Measure 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and add it into your steeper. Steep in boiling water for 3 minutes. 3) Measure 1 tablespoon of condensed
milk and drop it into your cup. 4) When your 3 minutes is done release
liquor into your cup and mix until
smooth. 5) Enjoy!
Iced: 24oz 1) Measure out 2 tablespoons of Indian
Thai and add it ro your tea genie. 2) Measure out 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and add it into your steeper. 3) Measure 2 tablespoons of condensed milk into your mixing cup. 4) When your 3 minutes is done, release liquor into your mixing cup and mix until
smooth. 5) Add ice to chill. Then pour over ice. Enjoy!
