The Perfect Post Workout Shake

This shake is great for fighting inflammation, providing extra digestion, an after workout energy boost, mood lifting, hormone balancing and protein intake! You'll Need: Blender, measuring spoon and cup. Ingredients: Milk of your choice (Banana Milk is great for this shake). Protein of your choice (For this shake we use whey protein)

Banana Ceremonial Matcha Maca Root Turmeric

Step One: Measure out 1 cup of Milk and pour it into your blender. Add half a cup of water. Step Two: Measure out the serving size of your protein and add it to your blender. Step Three: Add 1 tsp of matcha, maca root, turmeric, and banana to your blender. Step Four: BLEND! Step Five: Enjoy!
