Oolong Tea is a traditional tea produced through a process including withering the plant under strong sun and oxidation before curling and twisting. Usually very bold with flavors!
1 oz of tea makes 12-18 cups of tea.
2 oz of tea makes 25-30 cups of tea.
Oolongs can be resteeped up to 3 times after the first use.
Oolong tea is steeped at 170*-185* for 4 minutes.
